The structure of the clinic will be unlike any other we have done. The weekend is broken up to 4 different sections. So, you can choose, what you believe you want to focus on. Each session will be $66 for the session, is recommended to do all but I know there are lots of people that have been before, so the option is there.

Connection and Liberty

This is about getting centered and finding that place of calm to be there for our horses. Learn how we turn wild afraid brumbies in to smoochy, relaxed horse. Be aware nearly every clinic a horse lays down for a snooze.

12:30-4:00 Cost $66

Ground work/ riding Basics

Sore horse check: To ensure pain is not the cause of behavior.

Communicate on a halter all saddled up focusing on Strengthening, Balance through correct engagement whilst on circles from the ground, through all 3 gaits.

Riding basics are all the communication needed for any discipline. Front end turns, hind quarter turns, engagement of the hind.

There are 5 main leg and rein positions that are the foundations of getting calmly connected with your horse. All these we explore at a walk so great for young horses or nervous riders.

Sunday

8:30-12 Cost $66

Riding warm up, riding basics recovered. Front End, hind quarter, and engagement of hind.

Intermediate riding,

Communication through walk, trot transitions.

Focused on relaxation

Correct bio mechanics on circles for strength, this inclues the start of collection.

12:30-4:00 cost $66

Building on from intermediate riding

Relaxation, strengthening and balance under saddle for quicker roll backs, spins, turns, leads ect

Advance riding,

trot to canter exercises, lead set up.

Speed out of turns.

Even though this is the set plan we will only ever go as far as the horse and rider combination is confident to go. So please don’t worry if it sounds to complex I assure you it’s not, and we love to see ppl having a go.

Fence sitters are $33 per day.
